Turbo® Tape

Turbo Tape used in carTurbo® Tape is a self-fusing solution for splicing sleeving or forming a protective wrap.  This tape can be used to form an electrically insulating, protective wrap and keeps it watertight.  This special tape, made from a silicone and rubber compound, is ideal for use wherever protection against moisture or other contaminants is needed.

Turbo® Tape is available in rectangular or triangular cross sections and is easy to use. The triangular tape has raised color guidelines for easy uniformed wrapping of coils, tool handles, or any odd-shaped item.

In just minutes, Turbo® Tape begins to cure and form a permanent bond.  Permanent curing is complete within 24 hours at room temperature. Once curing is complete the tape provides an unbreakable, void free bond.  This secure bond will protect against vibration and shock (up to 400 Volts) and will not crack or separate with expansion or contraction caused by heat and cold.
