This digital multimeter with frequency function is safely designed to comply with IEC 1010-1, CAT I, II, and III rated. Overload protected. These digital multimeters include safety test leads with screw-on alligator clips and red rubber boot. All digital multimeters come with a 3-year limited manufacturer's warranty. Measures volts, amps, ohms and continuity. This meter can also test diodes and transistors. Carrying case included.
